It's mid-August, which means we're in the season for hurricanes and typhoons. In the picture above, NASA geostational satellites captured the movement of two storms. Tropical Storm Gilma, somewhat smaller, spins in the eastern Pacific Ocean, with the remains of Tropical Storm Ernesto crossed Central America. The picture was taken on Friday, August 10.
